Depends on when you buy the game and redeem your code. When you buy the game and redeem your code, you start waiting, anyone that pre-orders after you will have to wait longer untill their early-acess kicks in. However if you pre-order within the guild that already has 4 preorders (which we have) you'll gain acess when the guy that was the first to preorder and redeem will gain it.

Just look through your account profile. You'll find that is should say something like; "You've preordered; Digital Deluxe edition" or something like that.
